BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

You can make your booking directly on our website or you can book a car by contacting us on phone +971 58 500 7010. Your booking cannot be canceled once the rental has been processed. We cannot give any refunds once the car is reserved.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Deposit is accepted by cash or bank card owned by the person signing the contract. The deposit amount on your card is blocked for 15-25 days. We charge our customers for any fines, scratches or damage to the car that is not resolved on site or after the car has been returned. We provide our customers with proof of fines and damage to the car.

DELIVERY/RETURN

We offer free pick-up and drop-off of your rental car anywhere in Dubai. But we deliver to other Emirates (600 AED delivery charges). The renter must show valid original documents when receiving the car and take a video or picture of the car's current condition before signing the contract.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?

Smoking, off-road driving, rallying, racing, drifting, going to deserts, driving over 150 km/h, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, marketing materials on the cars such as stickers or wrapping paper etc. are NOT ALLOWED. .

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

We do not offer rental cars by the hour. Minimum rental period is 1 day.

Original passport. To verify identity and age

SECURITY DEPOSIT
